Designing the image strategies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in intercultural communication based on the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution

Abstract
Due to the increasing development of communication technologies and the formation of new communication relationships, the issue of cultures and intercultural communication are also highlighted. One of the main elements in intercultural communication is the issue of prestige. The face is the first and most important step in establishing such a relationship, and paying attention to it will be an introduction to the whole discussion of intercultural communication. For this reason, the Islamic Republic, due to the special characteristics of the Islamic Revolution, is facing the issue of prestige in its intercultural relations, which is doubly important in view of its global concerns. Meanwhile, the text of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution is the main document that explains the movement of the Islamic Republic in the coming years. Similarly, the Islamic Republic's image-building operation in intercultural relations will be based on the references and generality of this text.
In this article, we have tried to examine the statement by using the theories presented in different fields, especially the theories that have been proposed under the field of intercultural communication with a focus on identity and prestige, as well as by adopting thematic analysis methods.
The need to pay attention to different levels of government behavior with the Islamic Republic and the idea of ​​the Islamic Revolution and to pay attention to the specific characteristics of different cultures and adopt a position appropriate to their general orientations are among the findings extracted in this article.
